We  Are  Hiring  MEDECINS  SANS  FRONTIERES  DOCTORS  WITHOUT  BORDERS  Doctors  Without  Borders/Médecins  Sans  Frontières  (MSF)  is  an  international  humanitarian  medical  aid  organization  working  in  more  than  65  countries  worldwide.  MSF  not  linked  to  any  political  party  or  government.  Our  teams  provide  emergency  medical  assistance  to  people  need,  irrespective  of  their  nationality,  race  or  religion.  MSF  has  been  working  in  the  Kashmir  valley  since  2001  neutral,  impartial,  independent,  and  Clinical  Psychologist  To  Join  As  soon  as  possible  No.  Of  Vacancies  :  01  :  Kashmir  Location  :  12  months  (renewable)  INR  44,160/month  (non-negotiable)  For  M.Phil  candidate  Duration  of  ontract  Salary  Job  Focus  Providing  psychological  support  to  patients  according  to  DWBI  principles,  standards  and  procedures  order  to  improve  the  patients  mental  health.  Key  Requirements:  -Actively  promotes  the  availability  of  counselling  services.  Conducts  individual  and  group  counselling  for  patients,  their  families  and  hospital  staff.  Develops  self-help  group  to  strengthen  community  support  in  fostering  trauma.  Conducts  therapeutic  activities  that  will  help  beneficiaries  to  be  prepared  psychologically  (individual  and  group)  and  to  help  them  overcome  the  trauma.  Conducts  family  counselling  or  family  therapy  to  strengthen  family  support.  Conducts  basic  psychological  assessment  to  evaluate  beneficiaries'  psychological  state  (for  example  social  and  emotional  status).  Refers  clients,  when  necessary  Conducts  psycho-educational  sessions.  Oversees  community  social  activities  involving  volunteer  social  workers.  Keeps  systematic  records  of  work  and  maintains  confidentiality.  Makes  regular  reports  of  work  to  the  supervisors.  Assists  the  MHAM  with  (medical)  data  collection  and  data  entry  when  needed.  Gives  support  on  other  pending  needs  in  the  team.  Takes  active  part  in  trainings,  supervisions,  interventions  and  outreach  activities.  Discusses  difficulties  and  challenges  connected  to  work  or  team/staff  with  supervisor  Undergoes  individual  therapy.  Train  other  team  members  in  specific  psychological  interventions  as  needed  and  appropriate.  Actively  participates  in  operational  research  related  to  MH  in  Kashmir,  as  required.  Requirements:  Competency  in  spoken  Kashmiri,  Urdu,  English,  and  literate  in  English  and  Urdu  Desirable  computer  literacy  (word,  excel,  internet,  outlook)  Results  Oriented,  Teamwork,  Behavioural  Flexibility,  Commitment  to  DWBI  principle.  Driver  Part  time  :  As  soon  as  possible  To  Join  No.  Of  Vacancies  :01  Location  Kashmir  :12  months  (renewable)  :  INR  11,631/month  (non-negotiable)  Duration  of  ontract  Salary  Main  Purpose:  Performing  the  tasks  of  transporting  authorized  goods  and  passengers  in  an  DWBI  vehicle,  ensuring  its  technical  and  safety  conditions  and  respecting  the  country's  traffic  rules  and  DWBI  security  rules,  in  order  to  provide  a  safe,  smooth  and  efficient  service  Responsibilities:  Maintains  the  DWBI  vehicle  under  his  care  as  per  the  guidelines  laid  down  in  the  DWBI  Transport  &  Fleet  Policy,  and  the  DWBI  Vehicle  Log  Book  Carries  out  daily  and  weekly  vehicle  check-ups  as  described  in  the  Fleet  Policy.  -Sign  and  endorse  the  Driver  guideline  as  per  Transport  policy.  Carries  out  local  purchases  or  small  errands  upon  request  by  his  supervisor.  Maintains  accurate  records/receipts  of  expenses  made.  -Reports  all  damages  and  mechanical  failures  immediately  to  his  supervisor.  Enquires  for  the  daily  movement  schedule  from  the  designated  person.  -Keeps  vehicles  clean  and  tidy.  Requirements:  Possessing  a  valid  commercial  driving  license.  Candidate  should  be  able  to  speak,  write  &  understand  English  and  should  also  be  able  to  speak  and  understand  Kashmiri  &  Urdu  Minimum  2  years  work  experience  of  driving  in  an  organisational  set  up.  Essential  literacy  and  good  knowledge  of  Jammu  and  Kashmir  state  routes  Should  be  flexible  with  working  schedule,  night  and  weekend  if  needed.  Able  to  integrate  into  multiple-cultural  team  and  cooperate  with  co-workers.  Desirable  knowledge  of  basic  mechanics  Please  drop  your  application  with  CV  at  the  address  below  or  via  email  DWBI  Office:  Khagi  Mohalla,  Near  Primary  Health  Center,  Brein,  Nishat,  Srinagar  191121,  Phone:  Email  to:    Last  date  for  receiving  complete  application  is  Friday  24h  of  July  2019  Note:  Only  Short  listed  candidates  will  be  contacted
